Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and KK 15 AI Technology Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"), for using the Trading AI platform at tradingai.kk15aitechnologypvt.com, including the Kanak AI guide ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Important: education only, not investment advice

KK 15 AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

• AI scores, labels such as "BUY", "SELL" or "WAIT", entry, stop-loss and target levels, scanner results, backtests and Kanak's explanations are automatically generated outputs of technical indicators, shown to teach how such tools work. They are general, not personalised to your finances, and may be wrong.
• We do not give tips, run advisory or "tips" groups, manage money, accept funds or securities from users, guarantee returns, or place trades for anyone. Anyone claiming to do so in our name is not authorised by us — please report them to us.
• Before investing, do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. You can check registrations on the SEBI website.

2. Risk disclosure

• Trading and investing in shares, futures and options, currencies, commodities and crypto involve substantial risk. You can lose part or all of your money, and with leverage you can lose more than you put in.
• SEBI's own studies found that about 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity futures and options made net losses (FY2022–FY2024), and about 7 out of 10 individual intraday traders in the cash segment made losses (FY2023).
• Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results. No system, AI or person can guarantee profits.
• You alone decide whether to trade and are fully responsible for any trade you place with your broker.

3. Market data

Market prices come from third-party sources, may be delayed, and may contain errors or gaps. We do not guarantee that any data, calculation or AI output is accurate, complete, timely or suitable for any purpose.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give true and current information. Keep your password and OTPs secret — we will never ask for your OTP or password.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at trading@kk15aitechnologypvt.com if you think it has been misused.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break or test the security of the Service; overload it or use bots or scrapers; copy, resell or republish the Service, its signals or content; use it to mislead other investors or to run unregistered advisory or tips services; upload harmful code; impersonate anyone; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Paper trading and Kanak

Paper trades use virtual money only and are saved in your own browser; results may differ from real trading because of delays, charges, slippage and liquidity. Kanak is an automated guide; it can make mistakes and is not a human adviser.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, ElevenLabs voice, Hostinger hosting and Yahoo Finance data). Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, lessons and content belong to KK 15 AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

9. Kanak plan, fees and refunds

• Free trial: every new account gets the Kanak AI guide (lessons, voice conversation, personal plans) free for 7 days from sign-up. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• Kanak plan: after the trial, continued access to Kanak costs ₹199 for 30 days, inclusive of applicable taxes. It is a one-time payment for 30 days and does not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy again.
• The AI signal, chart, backtest, risk engine, scanner, paper trading and strategy lab remain available without the plan. The plan is for learning content and does not include, and must not be read as, investment advice or tips.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds: because you can try Kanak free for 7 days first, plan payments are generally not refundable. We will refund in full if you were charged twice, the payment failed but money was debited, or Kanak was unavailable for most of your plan period because of a fault on our side. Write to trading@kk15aitechnologypvt.com within 7 days of the payment; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• If we change the price, the new price applies only to plans bought after the change.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently nil).

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses and claims caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Suspension and changes

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service. We may update these terms; for important changes we will ask for your agreement again inside the app. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
